- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, add coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, cane sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk frequently until the coconut oil has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the smooth fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Place the dish in the freezer and allow the fudge to harden for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the fudge from the freezer, trim edges if desired, cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with additional salt on top, and enjoy!
