  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1 pinch salt plus more for topping

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, cane sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk frequently until the coconut oil has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the smooth fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer and allow the fudge to harden for at least 2 hours.
  6. Remove the fudge from the freezer, trim edges if desired, cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with additional salt on top, and enjoy!
