Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1 pinch salt plus additional for topping

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, cane sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer for at least 2 hours to harden.
  6. Remove the fudge from the freezer, cut into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with additional salt on top.
