Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder.
Add the Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, pineapple chunks, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cook
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Serve
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
