Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add Sauce
- Pour the nacho cheese sauce and salsa over the seasoned chicken.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred Chicken
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crockpot and mix with the sauce.
Serve
- Serve the nacho chicken over tortilla chips or in taco shells, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and green onions.
