Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix any flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium recommended
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn, etc.

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the Stuffing
  1. In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stir until moistened.
  2. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken in the crock pot.
Add Cream of Chicken Soup
  1. Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the stuffing mixture.
Add Vegetables
  1. Sprinkle the frozen mixed vegetables on top of the soup layer.
Cook
  1. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together before serving.
