Prepare the Gnocchi
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Air Fry the Gnocchi
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan cheese.
