Ingredients
  

Gnocchi
  • 1 pound store-bought gnocchi Fresh or frozen
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For tossing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Gnocchi
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Air Fry the Gnocchi
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan cheese.
