Prepare the Corn
- If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cobs. If using frozen corn, measure out the required amount.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Cook the Corn
- Add the corn to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is creamy and slightly thickened.

- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
