Corn Mixture
  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels or frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter for sautéing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream for creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon sugar to enhance sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cobs. If using frozen corn, measure out the required amount.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Cook the Corn
  1. Add the corn to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is creamy and slightly thickened.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
