Ingredients
  

Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 can crescent roll dough refrigerated
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cranberry Topping
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce canned or homemade
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Set the cream cheese mixture aside.
Prepare the Crescent Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet.
Assemble the Bites
  1. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  2. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  3. Pinch the ends to seal and place them back on the baking sheet.
Add Cranberry Topping
  1. Top each rolled crescent with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of orange zest.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
