- Add cottage cheese, flour, an egg, baking powder, and a little salt to a mixing bowl.
- Mix everything until it forms a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Cut the dough into small, palm-sized pieces.
- Flatten each portion into a rough circle.
- Warm a skillet over medium heat and brush or drizzle a little olive oil.
- Place one piece at a time onto the skillet, cooking for 2–3 minutes per side until it browns and puffs slightly.
- Once cooked, stack the flatbreads under a towel to keep them warm and soft.
- Serve warm with curries, soups, or as a quick snack.
