Ingredients
  

Pudding Base
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced bananas optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts optional

Method
 

Prepare the Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the pudding into serving bowls or cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Serve
  1. Once set, remove from the refrigerator.
  2. Top with dark chocolate chips, sliced bananas, and chopped nuts if desired.
