Method
Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
Cook the Beef
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Stir Fry Vegetables
- In the same wok, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the onions, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
- Return the beef to the wok, pour the sauce over, and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
