Prepare Chicken
- If not already cooked, grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let cool and then shred or dice.
Mix Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
Assemble Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center. Add croutons if desired.
Wrap and Serve
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut in half and serve immediately.
