Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
Lettuce
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Croutons
  • 1/2 cup croutons optional for crunch

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. If not already cooked, grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let cool and then shred or dice.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
Assemble Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center. Add croutons if desired.
Wrap and Serve
  1. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut in half and serve immediately.
