Method
Prepare the Chicken
- If not already cooked, grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let cool and shred or dice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with chopped romaine lettuce and croutons if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Serve
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
