Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded or diced
Wrap Components
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Croutons Optional, for crunch

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. If not already cooked, grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let cool and shred or dice.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Top with chopped romaine lettuce and croutons if desired.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Serve
  1. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
