Method
Prepare the Oven and Pan
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chai spice blend.
Mix Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake the Bread
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
