- Unwrap all peppermint disks and divide them equally by placing 10 disks into each mason jar.
- Evenly pour the vodka into both mason jars, distributing the liquid equally.
- Tightly secure the lid on each jar and give them a gentle shake, including turning the jar upside down to mix thoroughly.
- Place the jars in the refrigerator for 5 days or until the peppermint disks have completely dissolved into the vodka.
- After 5 days, a white layer will form at the bottom. Turn the jars upside down and let them sit this way for about an hour, then shake them well to mix.
- Pour the peppermint-infused vodka into shot glasses and enjoy!
