  1. Unwrap all peppermint disks and divide them equally by placing 10 disks into each mason jar.
  2. Evenly pour the vodka into both mason jars, distributing the liquid equally.
  3. Tightly secure the lid on each jar and give them a gentle shake, including turning the jar upside down to mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the jars in the refrigerator for 5 days or until the peppermint disks have completely dissolved into the vodka.
  5. After 5 days, a white layer will form at the bottom. Turn the jars upside down and let them sit this way for about an hour, then shake them well to mix.
  6. Pour the peppermint-infused vodka into shot glasses and enjoy!
