Cook the Pork
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Break the pork apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Add Vegetables
- Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the griddle.
- Stir-fry the mixture for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Season the Mixture
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
- Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve in bowls, topped with chopped cilantro and crispy wonton strips.
