Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
Protein
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger fresh, grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha optional for heat
Toppings
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
  • 1 cup crispy wonton strips for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Pork
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Break the pork apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the griddle.
  2. Stir-fry the mixture for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Season the Mixture
  1. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
  2. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve in bowls, topped with chopped cilantro and crispy wonton strips.
