Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage for topping
  • 1 avocado sliced for topping
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, for garnish
  • 1 lime cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place cooked shrimp on each tortilla.
  2. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  3. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
