Ingredients
  

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin trimmed of excess fat
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Pork
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Bake the Pork
  1. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in a baking dish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  3. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
