Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled or block
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped, for garnish
  • 1 loaf crusty bread for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
Bake the Feta
  1. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish with the tomatoes.
  2. Sprinkle the dried oregano over the feta and tomatoes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm with crusty bread for dipping.
