Prepare the Oven and Puff Pastry

Apply Egg Wash
- Mix the beaten egg with water to create an egg wash.
- Brush the egg wash over the wrapped Brie to give it a golden color when baked.
Bake the Brie
- Transfer the wrapped Brie to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
