Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions for topping
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Mix until well combined and creamy using a spatula.
Serve
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  2. Serve immediately with crackers or chips.
