Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 1 lb salmon fillet skinless
Taco Shells
  • 8 pieces corn tortillas
Slaw
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt for salmon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper for salmon
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream optional
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
  2. Set the slaw aside to let the flavors meld.
Season the Salmon
  1. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
Cook the Salmon
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  2. Flake the cooked salmon and distribute it evenly among the tortillas.
  3. Top with the prepared slaw, avocado slices, and any additional toppings like sour cream or hot sauce.
