Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Coating
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 large eggs beaten

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Make the Coating
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Chicken
  1. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  2. Then coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
