Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Wontons
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of the wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Air Fry the Wontons
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush the wontons lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Place the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove the wontons from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
