Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders fresh or thawed
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for moisture
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for acidity

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the tenders and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
