Ingredients
  

Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garlic Aioli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise preferably avocado oil-based
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Artichoke Hearts
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained artichoke hearts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Arrange the artichoke hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the Artichoke Hearts
  1. Air fry the artichoke hearts for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Make the Garlic Aioli
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Serve
  1. Serve the crispy artichoke hearts warm with the garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
