Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups mixed greens such as arugula or spinach
  • 2 medium ripe peaches sliced
Cheese
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese torn into pieces
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced peaches.
  2. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and add it to the salad.
  3. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts and chopped basil over the top.
Dress the Salad
  1. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
Serve
  1. Transfer the salad to a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
