Ingredients
  

Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
Eggs
  • 2 large eggs beaten
Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce adjust to taste
Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Gather all ingredients and have them ready.
Heat the Wok
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Cook the Eggs
  1. Add the beaten eggs to the wok and scramble until fully cooked.
Add Rice and Soy Sauce
  1. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the wok, stirring to combine.
Add Green Onions and Season
  1. Stir in the chopped green onions and salt, cooking for another minute.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve hot.
