  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
