Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and mashed sweet potatoes.
