  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Layer seasoned chicken over the potatoes. Sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  5. Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  7. In the last half hour of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything to melt.
  8. Serve warm; garnish with parsley or extra parmesan if desired.
