  • 1 lb frozen vegan gyoza dumplings
  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 5 scallions
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 23 tsp maple syrup
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (or crispy fried onions)

Instructions

  1. Steam the frozen gyoza dumplings according to package instructions. Once cooked, toss with a teaspoon of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Tamari, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup until smooth. Pour over the steamed dumplings and toss gently.
