  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 14.4 ounces graham crackers (1 box)
  • Optional: Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
  2. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer whole graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, followed by another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  3. Top with one more layer of graham crackers and spread the remaining whipped topping over it.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios if desired.
