  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
