  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick rounds and brush both sides with olive oil. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and egg until combined.
  4. Press the meat mixture onto each cabbage slice to form patties.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes; then sprinkle cheese on top and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
