  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Cube peeled potatoes and toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While potatoes cook, cube chicken and season with olive oil, half a packet of Aus Ju Gravy mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté chicken until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
  5. Once both chicken and potatoes are cooked, combine them in the skillet.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese is bubbly.
