  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (68 oz each)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 8 slices turkey bacon or beef bacon
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in turkey or beef bacon.
  5. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat; sear the wrapped chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
