- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
- 8 slices turkey bacon or beef bacon
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
- In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in turkey or beef bacon.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat; sear the wrapped chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
