  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over and coat evenly.
  3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; lightly oil the grates.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
