  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked turkey (chopped)
  • 1 cup prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1¼ cups gravy
  • 1 cup bread stuffing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1½ quart baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted water for about 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread ¾ cup of gravy on the bottom of the baking dish. Fill each shell with the turkey mixture and place in the dish.
  5. Top with bread stuffing, drizzle remaining gravy over the shells, and sprinkle with leftover cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
