  • 410g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 400g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 120g pizza sauce (15g per pocket)
  • 160g low-fat cheese (20g per pocket)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and knead until smooth.
  3. Divide dough into eight balls; roll each into a 6-inch oval.
  4. On one half of each oval, spread about 15g of pizza sauce and sprinkle on 20g of cheese.
  5. Fold over the dough and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Bake on a lined tray for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
