  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar (as a substitute for Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the shrimp on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds each to make them pliable.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla; layer with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
  6. Roll up tightly from the bottom while folding in the sides to secure the filling.
