  • 2 Lobster tails
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (400+ degrees).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster tail shell carefully without cutting into the meat.
  3. Open the shell gently to expose the meat.
  4. If desired, place a lemon wedge underneath the lobster meat.
  5. In a small pot over low heat, combine lemon juice, butter (reserve half), salt, white pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until melted.
  6. Brush the lobster tails generously with the butter mixture before grilling.
  7. Grill the tails in their shells for about 4 minutes on each side, basting with reserved butter.
  8. Cook until bright white and opaque (internal temperature of 135-140°F) before serving immediately.
