  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine apple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well and pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
