  • 12 oz. bag Sage & Onion cubed stuffing
  • 1 cup leeks (chopped or green onions)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard

Instructions

  1. In a sprayed 5-quart Crock Pot, combine cubed stuffing, leeks, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the stuffing mixture in the Crock Pot and gently fold to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until heated through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
