  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (low or no sodium recommended)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup chicken broth (low or no sodium recommended)
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 16 ounces angel hair pasta
  • Chopped fresh parsley and cracked pepper for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and sear the seasoned chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, then combine with cream of chicken soup, garlic, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix. Whisk until blended.
  3. Spray your crock pot with non-stick spray; place the seared chicken at the bottom and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions before serving.
