  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream or plant-based alternative
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.

  6. Combine with drained pasta, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
