  • 1 lb chicken sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the chicken sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic and diced carrots in the same pot for about 3 minutes until tender.
