  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of filling into the center. Wet edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or your choice of dip.
