  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease six-inch cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, sea salt, and flour until just combined.
