  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine your blueberries, sliced peaches, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and flour. Gently toss everything together until the fruit is well coated.
  3. In another large bowl, mix together the remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon using a whisk. Add in your cold diced butter and mix with your fingers until crumbly.
